IAS Boutique Remodeling started the way a lot of small businesses do — someone saw how things were being done and thought, “We can do better.” Idan, our founder, had worked in remodeling for years and kept seeing the same problems: poor communication, unreliable crews, and homeowners left stressed and frustrated. So he built something different.
We’re a small, local team in Houston. No call centers, no subcontractors who vanish mid-project — just real people who show up, do the work, and care about the results. We've built kitchens for growing families, bathrooms for aging parents, patios for Sunday BBQs, and additions that made room for life changes. We're proud of the work we do, but even more proud of how we do it — with honesty, consistency, and a handshake mindset in a world full of fine print.
