About Us
About IAS Boutique Remodeling
A Houston general contractor specializing in boutique, owner-led residential remodeling — design, permits, trades, and inspections handled as one accountable scope.
Our Approach
Built to Offer a Different Experience
Since 2019, IAS Boutique Remodeling has given Houston homeowners a different remodeling experience — one where every phase is planned carefully before construction begins, communication stays direct, and ownership is involved from the first consultation through the final walkthrough.
IAS operates as a Houston general contractor specializing in boutique residential remodeling. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each one receives focused attention — design, permitting, scheduling, the trades, materials, and inspections coordinated under one team and a single accountable point of contact.
From Our Founder
IAS Boutique Remodeling was created with a simple goal: to make the remodeling process clear, organized, and reliable for homeowners.
After years of working in the remodeling industry, I kept seeing the same problems repeated across projects — poor communication, inconsistent crews, and homeowners left stressed by unclear expectations. I built this company to offer a better experience.
We're a locally based team in Houston that manages projects directly from start to finish. Whether we're remodeling a kitchen, updating a bathroom, or building an addition, we take the time to understand what matters to the homeowner and plan the work carefully before construction begins.
Our focus is on clear communication, dependable timelines, and quality workmanship that holds up over time. We believe remodeling should feel structured and predictable, not overwhelming.
Our Team
The Team Behind Every Project
Every project runs through one accountable team — design, build, and finish handled by the same people, from start to finish.

What We Do
Residential Remodeling, End to End
We design and build six core categories of residential work across Greater Houston — and coordinate them together when a project crosses categories. Coordinating design and construction under one team, rather than handing plans between separate firms, is what keeps each project cohesive from first sketch to final walkthrough.
How We Work
What You Can Expect From Working With Us
Remodeling should feel structured and predictable, not overwhelming. The way we work — and the kinds of projects we take on — is built around four commitments.
Clear, direct communication
You hear from ownership through every phase, not a chain of project managers. Questions get answered the same day they come up.
Dependable timelines
We plan around permitting, trade sequencing, and the realities of the home, so the schedule we commit to is the schedule the project runs on.
Quality workmanship that holds up
We choose materials and methods for how they wear over time. The finished work should still look intentional ten years later.
Owner-led project management
Ownership is involved from the first consultation through the final walkthrough — and through any callbacks afterward. The same person who scoped the work sees it through.
Boutique by Design
Boutique Isn't a Marketing Term — It's How the Work Is Structured
High-volume general contractors are built for throughput: many projects in parallel, distributed responsibility, and repeatable templates. A boutique general contractor is built for fit and finish, with attention concentrated on a small number of projects at a time. That structural difference is what shows up in the finished work.
- A limited number of projects at a time — not dozens running in parallel
- Design and construction coordinated under one team rather than handed between firms
- Custom design for your home rather than templated packages
- Single point of accountability across every trade, permit, and inspection
- Fully insured throughout construction
